This modern contemporary home offers over 3000 square feet of living space. The oversized entrance provides a calm point of entry and transitions to the open-concept living area by three steps down to a space is graced by 10 ft ceilings.
Abundant light is ensured by ample windows, especially a 15 foot kitchen window to be enjoyed by the gourmet kitchen and the coveted seats at the kitchen island bar.
