Beautiful and large 3 bedrooms country house plan with bonus room and great wraparound porch

Designed from popular model 2837 and aiming at proposing a different interior from the latter, this model suggests an exterior with dark covering and white mouldings, giving it some character. We do however take care in conserving for this one the assets of the original model, such as the discreet double garage, the double chimney conduits whose slender look contributes to the house’s cachet and those sheltered and non-sheltered terraces found at the main and upper levels.

Inside we attribute even more comfort to the activities center with the kitchen at the rear and a voluminous bay window area with space enough for a breakfast area and access to the gallery, while the dining and living rooms are grouped together around a well centered fireplace. We obtain a second family room or playroom by replacing the initial dining room (in model 2837) and we improved the format of the laundry room and the main entrance foyer.

On the upper level, we still find 3 bedrooms with the possibility of a fourth, two accesses to an open-sky terrace, of which one is for the superb master suite who amazes us by its format, by the presence of a fireplace and a large walk-in closet, and above all by a most comfortable private bathroom, without forgetting access to a bonus space above the garage.
