A New Classic Lakefront house plan with wraparound porch and 3 to 4 bedrooms
A classic design is timeless, and so it is for model 2837, of which the popularity and models derived thereof never cease to increase since its appearance on the market. Is it because of the distinctive look, proposing balconies and terraces at will, or is it due to a most happy marriage between well-balanced masses, adorned by a chimney whose elegance is truly ravishing?
The exterior is certainly charming and even more remarkable is the interior including well-organized spaces and excellent dimensions. Thus, on the main level, with a 9 foot height throughout, it is a very spacious family room endowed with a fireplace and abundant fenestration which holds our attention. It also has two access points to the covered terrace, from the dining and family room.
On the second level are three large impressive bedrooms, and a living room which can very easily be converted into a fourth bedroom. We cannot forget the fireplace in the superb master bedroom suite which has access to the exterior terrace from both the living room and master suite, certainly the greatest joy of this home’s owners.

We like the house plan W2837A, is there a house plan with the same style and design but around 1800 sqft instead of 2350 sqft?

There is no plan with a similar, split level, layout at around 1800 square feet but you could modify plan 2837A to suit your particular needs.
All you need to do is to fill in our on line modification form, for which I have attached the link below.

Smaller, country style homes that may appeal to you are
3518 which is on two floors and is 1,370 sq.ft.
3518-V2 at 1,617 sq.ft.
3506 at 1,589 sq.ft.
and
3517 at 1,343 sq.ft.
Plan 2957-V2 is for a ranch style home at 1,886 sq.ft.

Love this house plan, unfortunately our dimensions available are not the same. We have approx. 40 ft in width to work with, and about 40-42 feet depth. We also do not want a garage. Is it possible to modify this plan to what we need without losing the design elements on the outside of the house?
