Here is an interior to match the expectations of the gracious facade.
Inside, you appreciate first a vestibule with seating, storage and double glass doors. Immediately inside, we find a room ideal for an office, guest room or study. Two additional bedrooms with lovely 9 ft. ceilings have easy access to the main bathroom. Kitchen, dining room and living room are arranged in an open concept to keep the whole family involved. Curl up by the corner fireplace or follow the double doors out to the back garden.
Up a short flight of stairs you find the master retreat of nearly 600 square feet, privately located on its own level, This lovely space with soaker tub, oversized shower, walk-in closet and seating area is a great space to unwind.

Could this plan be modified to include a 3rd car garage and an in law suite, similar to the one in plan W3039? Where the in law suite and the main home could share the laundry room and enter the suite from the laundry area. The lot we have is a front sloping lot.
