Just wondering if they used the space over the garage for a bonus room. I am comparing the two plans (single vs. double garage) and trying to see exactly how to get to the space over the garage and which rooms are altered.

Access to the bonus space above the garage is through a pull-down staircase.
The location is in the small rectangle with a cross in it that you can see to the front-left of the stairs in the garage.
