Inspired by your comments on our site for the best layout from a choice of three, we are proud to present model 3280-V1.
Part of the design collection inspired by model 3280, the modern yet elegant lines begin with its hip roof and lead down to the exterior walls, finished in pale colored brick that harmonizes well with the horizontal wood siding.
The floor plan chosen by popular demand includes a large entrance foyer with closet space on either side and an office near by that can always be used as a third bedroom if the need arises.
The well appointed kitchen has ample counter space, a 3' x 6' walk in pantry and an island. The living/dining area has abundant windows overlooking the back yard and opens out onto a beautiful, covered terrace that spans 18' x 12'.
The master suite with a full bathroom that includes a double vanity. The second bedroom is adjacent to a combination shower room/laundry area that increases the livability of this versatile plan.

My house doesn't need the basement area.
Is it possible to estimate the price for me?

If you do not need the basement, you can order this plan with your choice of either a slab foundation or a crawlspace option for an additional $245.
