House plan MONTANA (#2675) offers 2885 sq.ft. on 2 floors. The initial planned foundation is a floating slab but several other options are available. The ceilings are 9 'on the ground floor, excluding the dining and living area, which offers an open ceiling over 2 floors with a mezzanine.
This magnificent Modern Farmhouse style home offers a host of amenities that will be appreciated by all members of your family. Starting with the large mudroom located at the front entrance of the house as well as a practical bench seat. Then the gourmet kitchen, includes a pantry, an island that can accommodate at least 4 to 5 guests as well as a planning desk allowing you to access your best recipes! The dining room and living room (with fireplace) offer an open ceiling over 2 floors, and lots of natural light. A beautiful home office and a practical shower room are located at the rear of the house. A large sheltered terrace, with an easily convertible kitchen area, completes this ground floor.
