Victorian house plan with 4 bedrooms
Equipped with balanced volumes and a more than remarkable fenestration on the main façade, this cottage plan no. 2776 from Drummond House Plans, also called Celestin 2, charm us as soon as it appears to our eyes. The raised color, suggested by the acrylic coating on the walls, is certainly not foreign to this immediate effect. Let us therefore see if the interior wants to be as catchy.
We note from the outset that it is around the staircase, partly cleared, that gravitates all the rooms of the two main floors. This strategic location allows the development of beautiful spaces including a large living room, an inviting dining room, a kitchen with large pantry and a breakfast nook, a corner half bath, a laundry room and even a home office rather enviable.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, the smallest of which is in the turret section, enough closets of good size and two full bathrooms to provide more convenience to the occupants.
