3 bedroom Country Cottage House Plan with a Victorian Spirit, home office and more!
This cottage distinguishes itself in American style by its exterior round gallery which encircles beautifully the front corner turret, thus tying in the garage to the house and inside to two very different levels.
Near the service entrance, a staircase leads to the bonus space above the garage. This stairway is directly above another which leads to the basement, which is sure to be appreciated.
The main level is well appointed with a living room separated from the dining room by a two-sided fireplace, a vast kitchen and breakfast area, a half-bath and a home office in the turret. On the second level no space is wasted with three beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is private to the master suite, ample storage and a laundry room which is more and more appreciated on this level.

Is it possible to buy just one blueprint of W2896A including a full walkout basement? We only need one copy for the purpose of finding out what this house would cost us with our local bulding supply distributors. Once we know the cost, we would decide if we want to go ahead.

The minimum number of copies available is 5 sets. However, we can provide you with the materials list, which will give you a list of all the materials you need for construction. The only items not included in this list are the kitchen cabinets, the quantity of concrete for the foundation, the electrical wiring and plumbing and the trusses (which are included in the plan).

Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
