What would the cost be to build this plan in New York

Customer service

Good day and thank you for taking the time to write.

Since we do no actual construction, the only cost that I can give you is a ballpark estimate that starts at $350,000 to build this home in Quebec, Canada.

This includes ceramic tiles in the bathrooms, kitchen and foyer along with hardwood floors throughout and melamine cabinetry but does not include the cost of land, taxes or hook-ups to municipal services.

I hope that this information is helpful and invite you to contact me if you have any other questions or comments.

Regards

Deborah

Construction costs vary greatly from region to region and depending on the types of finishes and options you choose.

To obtain a more accurate construction costs estimate, you could show the information about this plan (illustrations, floor plans, datasheet) to a builder in your region in Pennsylvania. The builder should be able to give a costs estimate or at least provide you with a dollar amount per square foot.

There is only an exterior photograph of this house in our Photo Gallery (see at the top of this page to access the Photo Gallery).

If you need further information, please contact me again. I will gladly answer your questions.
