Modified plan
Based on plan Pinewood 3638
The architectural technologists at the Drummond House Plans office were tasked with repositioning the two garage doors on the front façade to improve access and adapt the home to the site’s specific characteristics. The project also included replacing the roof covering with metal roofing, a choice recognized for its durability and longevity. Finally, the addition of darker masonry on the front façade creates an elegant contrast and enhances the home’s architectural character.
