Peggy Baribeault
Architecture represents a profound life-long passion for Peggy because she discovered it during her childhood years. Her father worked in construction, and she often accompanied him to his worksites. She spent her time observing houses while she compared them and developed ideas to enhance their design. She already envisioned turning these ordinary spaces into extraordinary masterpieces during her childhood years.
She began her education by studying visual arts and fashion design which developed her artistic sensibility. She creates her own jewelry with passion and paints her canvases with joy because she finds deep fascination in everything that stands out from the ordinary. Her passion for originality drives her to create nonconventional homes through the fusion of unique color schemes and materials which produce extraordinary and motivating designs. Her architectural expertise in roof design complements her existing broad range of skills.
She achieves success by combining traditional country charm with modern elements to create unique architectural designs. She stays current with interior design and architectural trends to provide her clients with innovative solutions that match their personal tastes. She enjoys modern design approaches that unite simplicity with elegance as well as Scandinavian functionality and futuristic avant-garde designs.
She has a special affection for the Farmhouse series models 90117, 3733, 6100, and 1906. She believes the walk-in pantry and home office and “back kitchen” are fundamental components which she excels at optimizing.
Peggy joined the DDI team in 2013 and finds great satisfaction in helping clients discover their design potential through customized plans and innovative ideas that bring their personality into their living spaces.

Vincent Lambert
Vincent has always been enthusiastic about architecture in its various forms. During his teenage years he used to drive through residential areas to study houses and draw inspiration from their forms especially two-story houses or houses with elegant designs. His interest in architectural plans and lines became more profound as time passed.
His favorite style? Bold contemporary design that grabs attention at first glance truly speaks to him. He has a strong appreciation for striking contrasts between light and dark tones, and for the harmonious blend of materials like acrylic, metal, and wood. Flat-roof homes and the eclectic neighborhoods of Quebec—particularly in Blainville—serve as great sources of inspiration.
As the designer of model 3279 for Drummond House Plans, Vincent emphasizes unique exterior features, open-concept layouts that foster togetherness, and primary bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets. Every step in his design process is carefully thought out to reflect a modern and functional lifestyle.
When designing a home, Vincent starts with the exterior because he believes that the overall look determines the direction of the entire project. From that foundation, he builds out the interior, ensuring every detail harmonizes with the original vision.
He is equally passionate about drawing, painting, and basketball—enjoying both the creative process and the spirit of teamwork. His knack for reading plans is exceptional, a skill his parents often rely on when assembling Ikea furniture!
What does he love most? Creating a distinctive façade that perfectly reflects his clients’ personalities—and watching that vision come to life.
