The WILLOWGATE 2 house plan (#3946-V1), a modern 3 bedroom Scandinavian-style chalet, offers 1,512 square feet with abundant windows. The partial cathedral ceiling in the living room and in the parents' suite offers even more in terms of light.
The living room, with its high windows and cathedral ceiling, gives a remarkable effect. On the other side, the dining room, also very bright, opens onto the terrace through superb triple patio doors. Perfect terrace for adding a spa! In addition, the sleek look of the exterior with its tin roof and uniform colors makes you want to enjoy the outdoors even more!
The kitchen, open concept to the dining room and the living room, contains a very large pantry, allowing enough space to accommodate a few guests around the island, with a double sink and a dishwasher.
At the rear of the house is a powder room with an adjacent laundry room. The two rooms can be separated using a sliding door.
