The house plan CUBIKA (3730), offers a cubic-shaped house that gives a very modern and contemporary style. The fact that the plan is of this form, decreases the costs of construction. Three bedrooms, a bathroom and a powder room are found within 1,454 feet of this plan. In addition to the living room, the kitchen and the dining room, a basement can be converted.

From the outside, the layout of the coating gives a very prestigious and modern look.
