Could the space above the garage be used for sleeping quarters?
How high is the ceiling in the middle of the loft?
Thx

Customer service
Good day Mr. Schindel and thank you for your interest in this plan.
Due to the limited height (6' between the dotted lines and a sloped ceiling on either side) this space is probably better suited to storage as it might be uncomfortable if used for sleeping quarters.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or comments.
Regards
Deb

can the pitch of the roof be lowered? and the front of the roof angled toward the center of the garage?

Customer service
Good day and thank you for taking the time to write
The actual roof pitch of 12/12 could be lowered, either through our plan modifications service or by simply requesting the required pitch from your truss manufacturer when you order your trusses.
If you would like to change the configuration of the roof to angle it toward the center, I invite you to complete and return this on line modification form.

Please let me know if I can further assist you.
