  The building materials list is available for all plans in our collections for new homes and our renovation and addition plans. It includes the quantity of materials required for your new home or renovation, greatly facilitating the bid request process. Only finishing and decoration materials and some contract work are omitted.

• Right Reading Reverse

  DETAIL

  The plan you will receive will be the plan whose image is named "BASE MODEL". If you want the floor and the exterior to be reversed, please check the Right Read Reverse plan option. The exterior of the house and all its floors will be reversed from the "BASE MODEL" position.

  Since January 1, 2006, The Ontario Provincial Government's Bill 124 has been in effect. The result is that a Building Code Identification Number (BCIN) must appear on all plans submitted for a building permit.

  Note that the BCIN does not include structural details and/or engineering. Also, in the case where both 2x4 and 2x6 exterior wall versions of a plan are included, only the 2x6 version will be offered with the BCIN certification.
