Good day and thank you for taking the time to write.
Since we do no actual construction, the only cost that I can give you is a ballpark estimate that starts at $250,000 to build this home in Quebec, Canada.
This includes ceramic tiles in the bathrooms, kitchen and foyer along with hardwood floors throughout and melamine cabinetry but does not include the cost of land, taxes or hook-ups to municipal services.
