Good day over there in America! We like a lot of your blueprints and we ask ourselves the question if you could also ship these blueprints to Germany. We would like to build this house but with a full concrete foundation. Where would the electrical connections and furnanceroom make sense?

Could you advise what the roof pitch is and could it be increased. Also if the home is on a crawl space and no basement, where would the furnace and hot water be located? I suspect the living area calculations are including the garage? Is the tub area in the master suite on the foundation or is it cantilevered? Also we live in Langley, are these plans shipped to Canada

Good day and thank you for your interest in this plan.
The primary roof pitch is 5/12 and the secondary, dormer and the garage are all 6/12. You can change the roof pitch either by having the plan modified or by specifying the required pitch when ordering your trusses.
If you order this plan with a crawlspace the hot water tank will go in place of the basement stairs and the furnace room could either be in the area occupied by the laundry room sink and counter or in the entrance foyer closet, the choice is yours.
The tub area is on the foundation and, yes, shipping to BC is no problem.
