Family home plan featuring 5 bedrooms!
The BEAUSEJOUR 5 house plan (# 4571-V3) offers 2826 square feet on 3 floors. We are showing it to you in a white exterior version but also in a black version (Maibec) because dark is very trendy this year! It should be noted that all the floors on the ground floor are 9 'high and that there are sloping ceilings in the master bedroom and also in bedroom # 2.
The front entrance of the house opens on 2 floors and faces a corridor in which there is, set back from the common areas, a practical half bath (powder room). Immediately to the left a large mudroom is available for storing the family's coats, but also a bench and a laundry room portion is located in this large space. The kitchen is at the back of the house and has a very large island, which can easily accommodate 4 to 5 people, in addition to a pantry. The latter is near the side entrance of the house, convenient for quickly tidying up food when returning from the grocery store! The living room is open to the dining room, and offers a fireplace.
The second floor includes the master bedrooms and 2 secondary bedrooms. The parents' bedroom includes a large walk-in closet. The bathroom offers a separate bath and shower as well as 2 sinks, quite practical for busy mornings!
The basement is designed for large families by offering 2 additional bedrooms, a full bathroom and a large living room or playroom!
