Although our plans meet or exceed North American construction standards there may be some differences with regards to construction in your specific area. To overcome this, you can order the plan of your choice in CAD format which is a modifiable version that can be customized to meet the requirements of your geographic location.
If the plan is purchased in electronic format, either PDF or CAD, there is no extra charge for shipping as it will be sent to you via Email.

Can some of the plans like W 3056 V1 be converted to structural insulated panel structure? SIP floor, SIP wall and SIP roof; also if the house can be configured for post and pier foundation?

Often located above the garage, our storage areas are used only as storage and are usually accessible from the garage via a retractable staircase.
