What you see is actually the floor plan for the "top" floor because the "bottom" floor is actually the unfinished basement's walk-out. As such there are no room divisions and that is why a floor plan for the unfinished basement is not provided but we would be happy to return a free estimate for the basement plan to suit your specific requirements within two business days after receipt of this on line request.

Although location of plumbing fixtures and cabinets is clearly indicated on the plans, there are no details other than an electrical schematic diagram as the installation will be done by certified contractors in conformance with local requirements.

i like the w3212 house plan but my lot is sloped in the opposite direction. The front of the house would be at the bottom of the slope imstead of the top as shown in the current plan. Is it possible to change the plan to meet this requirement or is there a similar plan to this one that works better for my lot

On a picture it looks like the window to dining room and door in main entrance is higher than window on others rooms. How it correspond with 9' on all ceiling throughout the main level?

In the foyer and the dining room, the ceiling height is 11`-9". That is why the windows are higher in those two rooms.
