Full of different utilities, one of which is 4 bedrooms, following the example of model no. 3151, this one also proposes an internal layout on two (2) floors with maximal occupation of the half-basement aiming to fulfill the needs of a family looking for a 4-bedroom home, without it necessarily being a two-story building. In the interior we notice the functional organization of the ground floor. First, we notice an entrance landing that is sufficiently large and embellished with an adequate closet, a completely open family room, kitchen with a lunch counter, a computer corner adjoining the dining room, two (2) bedrooms and a complete bathroom.
