Although we do no actual construction, the ballpark estimate to build this home in Quebec (Canada) starts at around $440,000.
This estimate is based on professional grade materials and includes ceramic in the foyer, the kitchen and the bathrooms with hardwood flooring throughout the common areas and in the bedrooms. The kitchen cabinetry is wood grain melamine. This construction estimate to build in Quebec was updated on January 10th 2014 and is for a turn key project.
The cost of the land and its excavation, taxes and hook-ups to municipal or other services is not included in the calculation and it is highly recommended to consult local contractors and materials suppliers to get a better idea of the actual cost to build in your area.

I find your house floor plans so appealing, to be precise they match my dream options. Am from Kenya and I wonder whether such floor plans are only for wooden structural construction or they can come with concrete beams and columns, would there be any changes made to build in blocks?

Because it is part of our Florida collection, this plan can be ordered for concrete block construction instead of 2" x 6" wooden structural construction at no extra charge for the change.
Although our plans meet or exceed most North American construction standards, you may choose to purchase the CAD file of you plan as this version can be modified to conform to your local requirements.

What's the diference between the Rye Club (W2833) and the Rye Club 2 (W4833) house plans? Can Be converted to concrete block?

Plan W4833 is essentially the same as plan W2833 except that the stairs have been modified to conform to U.S. building codes which makes them straighter than those in the Canadian plan.
