Country Classic house plan with 3 bedrooms and lots of natural light
This tidy home is equally enchanting in the country or the city. The repeating angles of gables and double-sloped roofline are interrupted by the change of angle over the L-shaped porch. The generous foyer includes a seating area. Guests will enjoy the vaulted forward living room. At the rear of the house, cook up a storm and serve casual meals at the eating bar or full meals to family and guests in the adjoining dining area. A discreet shower room with laundry closet complete the main level.
Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and shares a family bathroom with two secondary bedrooms.

1) The material it will be full wood or mixed?
2) What is the length life of this house?
3) This house can stay during the strong winds
4) what is the sustainability of this house in report of earthquakes?
5) The internal surface of house has any special material or is directly in contact with outer surface boards?
6) If it has internal surface, between two surfaces has any other material?
7) What kind of material the ruff is? It is pvc, metal, or something ells?
8) which is the sq.m.price for this product?
9) Which is the price for the transport of 2 houses like this from China to Albania?
I will be happy if you do give me a full answer about that house.

This house is designed with a wood frame. The house is 27'-8" x 32'-0". It is designed for cold climate but not for earthquake areas. We do not have a price for your country, you may want to contact local builders to get this information. We provide the plans only, we do not build. Therefore, for a shipping price, you will have to contact house manufacturers directly. The ruff materials is wood. As for your questions 5 and 6, would you please explain exactly what information you need.
