OPTION: PROFESSIONAL KIT
- Build several houses with this same plan. This licence is offered for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase of the Professional Kit. See below for details.
- Right reading reverses available upon request ($200 charge)

- Plans are available in PDF format (Professional Kit). Purchasing this version entitles you to make an unlimited number of builds and copies for a period of two years.

At the end of your 2 year licence, we will contact you to offer you the option of renewing your licence for another 2 years.
- Renewing your Professional Kit licence at 50% of the current price!
- Providing a current PDF, which has been updated according to the standards.
- 5 copies: 3 big sized + 2 12"x18" format.
The advertising licence permits use of the color illustration(s) of our models, only with the Drummond House Plans Logo. Use of our graphic models without the logo is prohibited.
Please note that reprinting the plan is a copyright violation and is therefore illegal.
By purchasing a Professional Kit at Drummond Designs, Legal Terms of Sale legal conditions as outlined below.
Legal Conditions: With the acquisition of this Professional Kit, you can:
- Build several houses with this same plan. This licence is offered for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase of the Professional Kit.
- Use our graphic image of the model (with the logo and indicating "All rights reserved") for advertising purposes for a period of 2 years. At the end of 2 years, we will contact you to offer the renewal of your advertising licence for this model.
It is illegal and a punishable offence to:
- Build one of our models without the purchase of a plan from Drummond House Plans beforehand.
- Print additional copies without prior consent from Drummond House Plans.
- Promote a model of Drummond House Plans without having obtained an advertising licence from us for this purpose.
- Use one of our images (rendering or floor plans) without the Drummond House Plans logo and the words "All rights reserved".
