There are no shipping fees if you buy one of our 2 plan packages "PDF file format" or "5 sets of blueprints + PDF". Shipping charges may apply if you buy additional sets of blueprints.
Terms of sale
Before placing your order, make sure the home is in compliance with zoning regulations of your municipality, as Drummond House Plans disclaims all liability therein.
Reproducible plans (CAD and PDF) and blueprints are non-returnable and non-refundable.
No delivery is made to military bases such as APO and EDO, and no delivery is made to a post office box. The delivery time for our plans is usually 2 to 5 business days, except when a longer period is indicated in the details of the chosen plan, on our website.
