Comfortable Ranch style house plan with 2 master suites, garage and large open concept floor plan
Here is a bungalow that wants to be both spacious and comfortable with its 2118 ft2 of living space and its respectable garage.
A large kitchen welcomes us with a large island / lunch counter adjoining a superb dining room next to a central fireplace. This dining room has an abundance of windows. A spacious living room opening on the back, allows to arrange the space in multiple ways.
The master suite, with ensuite, is very well organized with a walk-in closet and a full bathroom.
There is also a guest suite, with a private bath, and a secondary bedroom with access to a bathroom and a toilet area; without forgetting the laundry section nearby.
It should be noted that the ceiling is 9 ft throughout the house, and exceptionally 11 feet in the dining room.
Note also a comfortable sheltered gallery both at the front of the house and at the back of it.
