Affordable 4 Bedroom Small Mansion House Plan
How can a mansion-style home be both affordable and have four bedrooms? It is quite simply a one-storey house to which special care is taken for the exterior and that we make sure to leave enough of the ground to improve the exterior mansion effect and especially to develop this beautiful basement space with a fair amount of natural light. This is an excellent way to make substantial savings on finishing, given that the basement of a new house is already, frequently, partially finished.
In addition, it becomes easy to arrange two additional bedrooms with sufficiently large and compliant windows. Yes, there are minimum dimensions to respect for the sizes of windows attached to the rooms and which we must respect. Occupant safety is at stake.
As for the interior layout, note a distribution of rooms around a staircase arranged at an angle and thus creating an unusual interior whose activity sector is completely open and the kitchen very original with this angled partition next to the staircase. It is also a games room with computer corner, a real laundry room, a second bathroom (shower) and a large cold room in the basement.
