As it is the case for several others at Drummond House Plans, Gianluca was born into a family where construction was very present. From a very young age, and encouraged by his grandfather, he became interested in the history behind architecture. Even as a child, one of his favorite games was building houses and small buildings with his Lego blocks! This goes to show how far back his passion for architecture goes!

A fan of Italy for its history and especially its majestic architecture using noble materials, Gianluca will say that he still prefers the Farmhouse architectural style, and all American-inspired houses. He appreciates the Ventura, Duvernay 4 and Riverview house plans from the Drummond House Plan collection especially. They offer the “key” rooms that Gianluca likes to include in the plans he designs for his customers and for which he sees as “must haves”. For example, a beautiful master suite with private bathroom as well as a friendly kitchen including an island and above all, a large pantry when space allows of course. No surprise then that his main hobbies revolve around his family and cooking!

Speaking of which, a funny fact to know about Gianluca is that he has 6 chickens! Given his epicurean side, having access to his own egg production on a daily basis is one of his great pleasures.

Graduated from Vanier College in Montreal in 2016, he began his career in an architectural firm, then founded his own company in architecture and project management to then finally join the Drummond House Plan family in 2023. Forced are we to admit that Gianluca has the necessary experience to support you in your project. And beyond those skills you will also have the privilege to discover a super friendly guy, backed by a creative and very human team whose aim is to impress you and above all to satisfy all of your needs as well as your family's.
