House plan SHORE (# 90105) was designed to have no corridors and therefore no loss of space! Each square foot of SHORE has been optimized and assigned a function.
On entering the house, there is a large coat closet, which allows you to keep this area clean. The office is rapidly accessible from the main entrance as well, This is very practical if you have to receive clients at home.
On the right side of the house there are all the common areas in an open space with a cathedral ceiling. First there is the kitchen with its island, the dining room and a large living room full of natural light.
On the other side, there is a full bathroom with a very popular bath/shower combo and laundry chute, and the master bedroom with walk-in closet.
In the *optional finished basement ($), you will find a large family room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom isolated from the laundry room and a mechanical room accessible also for large storage.
The SHORE house (# 90105) will allow you to benefit from natural light coming from the south throughout the house. Compact, yet efficient, this house will provide you with everything you need!
