Other useful information on this plan
Full description
Simple and majestic at the same time!
House plan INTERVAL (#90104) is perfect for lots facing east. Its large living spaces overlooked by a mezzanine will allow all members of the family to enjoy a warm atmosphere without standing on each other's feet. There is even a small intimate boudoir on the mezzanine. Can you imagine yourself doing a yoga session there, for example?
Entering this house, in addition to having a large bright "mudroom", the view through to the rear of the house allows an opening onto nature. The double-height living spaces are located directly to the south. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining with its 10 foot island as well as its back kitchen which optimizes storage. Lovers of good wines will be pleased with the large cellar adjacent to the dining room. In addition, the living room has been designed to admire the sunsets in the light of the fireplace. Above these living rooms, the roof could easily receive solar panels since it is on the south side.
As for the private spaces on the ground floor, there is the master bedroom, an office that could easily become a craftroom, as well as a full bathroom. The latter allows you to be more intimate with its isolated toilet.
*Finished basement (optional $):
Downstairs, the family room to the south is bathed in a beautiful light even if it is in the basement. In addition, there are two other bedrooms isolated from each other by the full bathroom, a large laundry room with a laundry chute and lots of storage.
Interval has been designed to enhance the common rooms while giving the necessary privacy to private spaces with its light transition space crossing the house from front to back. From the outside, this silence in the facades, created very majestic covered thresholds. What could be more inviting for your guests?
*If you wish to purchase the finished basement plan, as presented on this plan page, please select this option in the shopping cart, in the "Selection of foundation type" section. If you do not select this option, you will receive the unfinished full basement option, at no extra charge.
