Notice that the bonus space above the garage has been removed which lowers the cost of construction compared to the original plan 3455. On the inside, the already appreciated design remains the same, for example, the same large vestibule at the front entrance or the family room which is very easy to furnish or the not to be forgotten kitchen/dining room combo. It also provides lots of cupboard and counter storage space and portrays a spacious place for your dining room furniture. The same goes for the second floor of which are included three (3) good-sized bedrooms each equipped with a wardrobe of at least eight (8) linear feet in height, which exceeds the usual standards, especially when considering a secondary bedroom.
