Full description
A graceful baby boomer home with master suite on main floor (total 3 to 4 beds)
The goal of this plan was to design an affordable house within 2002 square feet of living space, excluding garage, bonus space and basement. Our designers worked diligently to include features desirable to Baby Boomers without compromising style and beauty. This graceful home includes a lovely master suite on the main level so baby boomers in Canada and the United States will enjoy many comfortable years in this home.
The main level is maximized by the near absence of hallways, open concept living area, and well-organized master suite. The abundantly windowed activities center is further illuminated by a vertical sunroom soaring over two storeys for an extraordinary interior effect. The upper level, includes two bedrooms, a playroom and a bathroom, with good spatial separation and once again maximizing liveable square footage.
Other notable features of this model: first, access to either a porch, a balcony or a terrace from each of the bedrooms. Exterior access also from the living room and from the breakfast area for which a covered terrace provides a lovely outdoor room. Next, a vast bonus space above the garage to which we gain access from the garage and from the upper level for even more convenience. Related model 2688, is reversed and of a different colour, in order to provide other options.
