Full description
3 to 4 bedroom French Country style house plan with 2-car garage, and a solarium
Designed first and foremost in answer to specific needs of an American residential design contest, that of: a maximum total surface of 20002 feet (excluding garage, bonus space, sunroom and basement), a master bedroom and independent sunroom on the main level as well as a double garage, model 2686 generated the interest counted on upon its arrival on the market and obliged us to design a similar model, 2611. In this same contest, Drummond Designs also proposed model 2688 where the sunroom translates into a turret, entirely glassed at the rear of the house and to which we integrated a spiral staircase in order to access suspended plants. You can view on http://www.drummonddesigns.com//
When it comes to models 2611 and 2686, we can appreciate for each interior a living room with fireplace and elevated cathedral ceiling, an abundantly windowed activities center, independent sunroom, a remarquable master suite with cathedral ceiling and adjoining office space (2611) or another living room (2686). Let’s not forget, on the second level, two secondary bedrooms, a bathroom, free space on the mezzanine and an appreciable bonus space above the garage.
Outside, a happy blend of stone and acrylic twinned with three covered porches as well as a discreet lateral garage, make of this model a nearly exclusive design.
