Modern and bright 3 bedroom house plan with large family room and formal dining room
Derived from the popular plan 2747, the unique angled rear volume has proved to be most popular. This model proposes a contemporary exterior and quite a different interior.
Off the entry is an enclosed dining room which would be equally comfortable as a home office. Also near the entrance, we appreciate a utility room comprised of a laundry area, a sink and counter with a duo shower / toilet area behind a sliding door. The spacious angled living room forms it’s own wing bathed in light. Finally, a spacious kitchen is generous enough to fit a 56” x 56” island.
Upstairs, we find the master suite complete with bank of closets, and a walk-through closet provides private access to the generous bathroom which includes a shower/bath room to keep warmth and humidity contained, a privacy toilet room and large vanity.
