Great modern scandinavian cottage plan with 2 bedrooms and a stunning cathedral ceiling!
Plan 3973, also known as Tahoe, offers 1,447 square feet on the main floor. It contains two good size bedrooms including the parents' bedroom with walk-in closet and direct access to the bathroom. The latter offers two sinks, a large shower separate from the bath, and linen closet. The secondary bedroom also has a walk-in closet.
The entrance mudroom offers lots of storage and a stacked washer / dryer area.
The central sector has a cathedral ceiling of over 18ft. A large kitchen with lunch counter and pantry and a living room receiving natural light from the patio doors.
A full daylight basement is included in the plan but not finished.
