First of all, we find a closed entrance that also communicates with the kitchen pantry. Then there is a large open space with a double height at the living room level as well as a fireplace that adds definite charm. From the living room we can access the covered terrace located to the southwest, perfect for enjoying the beautiful outdoors.
Finally, there is a large mudroom for everyday use that also communicates directly with the garage.
Upstairs, we find an open mezzanine with a space that can be used as an office or bedroom directly to the southeast. Meanwhile, the master bedroom is also located to the south and has a large walk-in closet and a private bathroom. There are also two other large bedrooms, a closed laundry room and a full bathroom for the rest of the family members.
