Single story home with 3 bedrooms and cathedral ceiling
We are happy to present this new addition, single story, 3 bedroom house plan with garage. It is Drummond House Plan’s plan number 3294 that we have also called Silverwood, and suggests a practical floor arrangement with bedrooms and central living area all on one level.
This type of home layout generally pleases families with young ones, allowing the parents to be at close proximity with the children.
You will be impressed with the house format especially if you possess a narrow lot and also wish to have a garage seeing as the front elevation is 42 feet wide including the garage. That being said, you also have direct access to the house from the garage which will facilitate your return home from shopping and other activities.
The laundry room is directly situated in front of the garage entrance which is also very practical when returning from sporting activities such as hockey, soccer skiing etc. This area is also equipped with sink and cupboards. A linen closet is situated near the family bathroom that includes a separate bath and big sized shower.
The front and main entrance includes a closed in section with coat closet. Again, very appreciated during the colder seasons!
The living room area is of good size and can easily have two double seater sofas or even a sectional sofa and coffee table.
