Scandi (plan # 3159) is a superb Scandinavian-inspired modern house plan of 1,400 square feet on the ground floor.
This single-storey house plan offers 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, which is particularly practical for young families. The parents's bedroom has a walk-in closet as well as a partial elevated ceiling of 11'.
The kitchen has a central island allowing to easily accommodate 3 to 4 guests, as well as a practical walk-in pantry of good size.
