Of rustic-country style, this new house plan #3292 from Drummond House Plan also named Oakland will be sure to please!
For starters, the main entrance is closed off and also gives direct access to the garage area. Continuing past the main entrance into the main living area, a practical computer space can be arranged, or you can simply turn this space into a game area for the kids.
You will find that the living room area is of good size and can easily welcome a double couch and an armchair, as well a wall unit for the television that is planned along the exterior left wall. The spacious kitchen area allows for fluid circulation between living room, dining and kitchen area. A practical kitchen island is well situated with double sink and the kitchen gives direct access to the back yard through patio doors.
The laundry area is conveniently located near the kitchen and family bathroom and also features cupboards, a sink and folding space. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and separate shower as well as double sinks.
