House plan MIRANDA 6 (#3137-V1), as its name suggests, is part of a collection of 6 models with a similar look, but with different floor layouts. This new version therefore offers an *optional fully finished basement, giving a large family all the space required for everyone to find their privacy!
A walk-in closet is fitted at the front entrance of the house. The living room is open to the dining room and the kitchen. The latter offers a good-sized island. The bathroom on the ground floor offers a large 3' x 5' shower, two sinks and a laundry chute towards the laundry room which is located in the basement. 2 bedrooms complete this level.
