There are 3 bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a home office with its own entrance from the vestibule, offering more privacy for the family. This bedroom #3 or home office has a cathedral ceiling.
The parents' bedroom (master suite) includes 2 walk-in closets, as well as a private bathroom with double sink, large shower and separate bath, as well as a private toilet area.
A full laundry room and a shower room are strategically located near the bedroom area.
