Farmhouse home plan with 3 bedrooms and large home office!
The Maple Way 2 house plan (# 3287-V1) features 1953 sq.ft. of heated space. All the ceilings are 9 feet except in the office (cathedral) and in the living room (10 feet).
The office is accessible from the entrance thus allowing a separation between business and family. The parents' bedroom is opposite the 2 secondary bedrooms. It also has a large walk-in closet with bench, as well as a spacious bathroom with double sink, large separate shower and bath. The secondary bedrooms share a shower room.
The kitchen has a pantry as well as an island that can easily accommodate 4 guests. In addition it is open to the dining room and the living room. The latter is very bright, with a fireplace, and opens onto the sheltered terrace via triple patio doors.
In terms of amenities, the laundry room is on the ground floor, and a walk-in type mudroom is conveniently located at the entrance to the garage. The latter is simple, but large in size.
