Popular plan revisited with a contemporary touch
Inspired by the popular 3133 model, this approach features a contemporary feel enhanced by the additional 40 sq. ft. of living space in a two bedroom model.
The designer has taken care to maintain everything that makes the original so popular.
The entrance foyer features an unusually large closet which opens onto the open living area that groups living and dining areas and an open kitchen/breakfast nook area, all enhanced by an abundance of natural light and a walk-in pantry.
Other wonderful features of this design include a central kitchen island, a laundry area on the main floor and a walk-in closet in both master bedroom and the secondary bedroom as well as a full bathroom with separate 3’ x 5’ shower.
