For these reasons, this model of bungalow is first and above all a 5 bedroom home of which 3 are in a semi-basement with fenestration in accordance with established norms as to evacuation in case of a fire; incontrovertible norms that are unfortunately, not often taken into account when planning rooms in the basement.
