With its simple lines, its two-car garage, its main elevation entirely covered with brick, an excellent layout of the gables, its 2-car garage, its main elevation entirely in brick and well mixed colors, this house is a real american classic. Let's discover its very interesting interior. In main entrance, there is a large coat closet in the foyer, and once passed that, we notice a confortable living room with abundant lighting and sharing a fireplace with the kitchen-dining room area. In that area, we again notice the natural lighting as well as a lunch-island in the kitchen et a genuine walk-in pantry. Also, a half-bath independant from the laundry area, on main floor.
On 2nd floor, we are surprised with three nice bedrooms with excellent storage space and especially the master bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom including a 3' x 7' independant shower. The american style is once more appreciated here, with this bathroom for the parents and a shower room shared by the children. This american way is getting more and more popular.
