House plan DUMONT (# 3897) features 4270 sq.ft. arranged over 3 floors, in addition to a double garage, a covered back porch on the ground floor and a partially sheltered terrace upstairs. In addition the basement is finished, but other foundation options are available. The ceilings are 9 feet high on the main floor and upstairs.
The entrance is open to an office (den) and the living room. The latter offers a fireplace as well as 2 built-in bookcases on each side. A bathroom is positioned not far from this area.
The kitchen is well appointed with a wine cellar, a large back kitchen (large pantry), 2 islands, and it is open to the dining room.
