Redefining standards
Designed for a lot with a west-facing facade, the house plan AUTUMN (#90103) redefines standards! The living rooms of this house are located upstairs which allows for large windows to the south in complete privacy in addition to having access to the large terrace on the roof of the garage.
Upstairs, there is a dining room with bench, a laboratory kitchen that can accommodate 5 people on the island and a walk-in pantry. On the side of the living room, there is a small bathroom, a large space to receive family and friends as well as a net suspended above the entrance to allow you to relax while reading a good book and looking at nature through the huge windows.
On the ground floor, the entrance will be bathed in light from upstairs. On this floor, you will find the master bedroom which has its own walk-in closet, an office that can be used as a child's bedroom, a full bathroom with laundry chute and access to the garage.
Finally, in terms of the basement, there is a small family room, 2 large bedrooms with storage, a laundry room with laundry chute and a full bathroom giving access to the mechanical room.
AUTUMN (#90103) was designed differently to group together private spaces and give more freedom and importance to living rooms since it is in these places where we spend the most time. Uncluttered and largely fenestrated, this house will allow you to be in contact with nature while enjoying the interior and the exterior with your loved ones.

To ensure superior insulation for each of our ecological homes, the walls are made of a double frame of 2x4 spaced 24 inches apart. The amount of wood needed is therefore similar to that of a traditional house that uses 2x6 spaced every 16 inches. In addition, these two walls are also staggered in order to cut thermal bridges as much as possible, that is to say the continuous elements that create heat losses from the inside to the outside of the house. The insulation material used in this wall cut is squirt cellulose. It is a 100% recycled material that perfectly hugs each of the wall cavities for optimal insulation.
